Line dancing is a wonderful way to have fun, improve your balance, coordination, and enhance your memory. Become a part of a group who love to dance, laugh and have fun!
Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing inspired program designed specifically for people with Parkinson's disease. This special class is led by certified instructor Dr. Amanda Trieloff right here in Antigo, Wisconsin.
The Senior Center is very fortunate to have Dr. Amanda and Dr. Emily of Promise Physical Therapy and Wellness to lead our group exercise program. They focus on strength and balance that can help to get you back to activities you want to do to live your best life.

ADRC Senior Dining offers healthy meals in a social setting. Meal reservations are required one day in advance by 12 p.m. The suggested contribution for dining is $6.00 per meal. No eligible person will be denied a meal due to inability to pay, and each participant is asked to give a contribution within their means.
Come enjoy an afternoon of live music and sing along to your favorite tunes.

Membership Fee: $20 per year for Langlade County residents (January through December).
Veterans are members for free, for life.

The Senior Center is a great place for a senior meal and for Bingo and other games. Also enjoying music to dance and sing. Field trips are fun too - meet lots of new friends.

I only come for the Bingo and the visiting!! I also do most of the noon dinners and they are enjoyable. Just being with friends and making new ones is nice.
